sanguine being aligning with the sun moon and cosmos

2024 OCTOBER HUNTER SUPER FULL MOON in ARIES ♈ : EXPLORING THE 4 ELEMENTAL ESSENCES AND THE TRINI-VERSE WITHIN OURSELVES 🌞

Goodday Family,

Today, its been already a week since we entered the Super Full Moon and here we are finally channelling the meaning of it.

3+4 equals 7

The English language we are using is meant as a Business Language.

For all we know, while thinking of greetings, we might as well be doing a spell upon the other we are speaking with.
The last update eye got to learn is about "sorry", coming from the word "sorrow" which actually is a reversed curse to the sender.

Can you imagine wagwan everytime we used to say " sorry" , feeling worse afterwards without knowing why ? Eyyyya, here we go.

Instead of being "sorry" , LET'S BE GRATEFUL for it to have happened.

So before jumping into the prompts, let's use our imagination to build from within some knowledge.
This is the circle of the Zodiac broken into the 4 seasons and the 12 signs, which are your 12 disciples or glands sitting within your body and very inter-connected and in tunes with the PLANeTs (MERCURY, VENUS, MARS, JUPITER, SATURN) and the 2 generators ( SOL LUNA).
We know it will make all sense later when we explore how the VITA MINerals we are looking for are just layin in the PLANTS which are interconnected with the flux of the macro planets. As Above, So Below

Interconnectedness of Ancient Wisdom: Healing, Elements, and Consciousness

The roots and foundation of healing in various ancient traditions.
Ancient wisdoms like Yoruba medicine, Egyptian principles, and Ayurvedic philosophies, reveals a profound interrelationship between body, mind, spirit, and the cosmos.

Modern Western medicine often focuses on alleviating symptoms through pharmaceuticals, primarily treating the physical manifestations of illness. However, in contrast, ancient systems—particularly African Medicine  healing—emphasize addressing the root causes of illness, which often lie in the energetic or spiritual imbalances of the doer : YOU.

As will be seen, in Yoruba practices each ailment or dis-ease is understood to be the result of disruptions in the vital energy, or ORÍ, which connects human consciousness to the divine.
Healing is not merely physical but involves recognizing and transforming these underlying spiritual causes.
If the healer only removes the physical symptoms, like it is being done in most of the medical systems in the world; be sure that the imbalance may persist, and the ill-ness (body un-ease or dis-ease) will re-emerge.
Therefore we must re-define true healing and that requires a shift in consciousness, which will realign the individual with the natural laws and restores balance.

The KNOWer, The THINKer , The DOer :
The body follows Spirit.

Right now, if you close your eyes and think of where is the light bulb in the space you are; when you are enough relaxed, you will real-eyes that your body moves in a certain direction.
You first know of your eyes, then think of closing or opening them, and the body DO moves accordingly to the thought (Tehuti) of the light.

This mirrors ancient Egyptian ideas, where the body follows the spirit, and the cosmic balance is reflected in physical health.
Since we are speaking of inner electrical feelings and magnetic emotions, let's explore the temperaments we are all made of to inner-stand what's going on within.

WHAT IS YOUR TEMPER ? : EXPLORING OUR INNER FEELINGS

In classical and astrological ancient traditions, the four temperaments—
Sanguine , Phlegmatic, Melancholic, and Choleric—are very well linked to the
four elements,

These temperaments describe our persona’s nature, the feeling and emotional disposition.

Now, let's explore the ONGOING planetary placements with this FULL MOON , and eye know we will resonate more with the energies in place and how to make the BEST outta them !

Full Moon in Aries: The Hunter's Moon 🌕

The Full Moon in Aries carries potent, fiery energy, further intensified by Chiron retrograde conjunct with the Moon. Aries, ruled by Mars, thrives on action, leadership, and impulsive decisions. However, as we experience this Hunter’s Moon, we are called not just to hunt outside, but to hunt within, to reflect deeply on our inner transformations and the shadow work that Chiron in retrograde demands.

The Grand Cross in the sky, with the Sun in Libra, Mars in Cancer, and Pluto in Capricorn all squaring the Moon, creates tension but also a powerful opportunity for breakthroughs.
This dynamic configuration pushes us to confront longstanding issues of balance, power, and deep emotional currents.

        The Grand Cross 🕊️🔥🌊🌍

Full Moon in Aries opposes the Sun in Libra, highlighting the need to balance our personal desires (Aries) with our relationships and social harmony (Libra). However, the squares from Mars in Cancer and Pluto in Capricorn add layers of intensity, encouraging us to reflect on transformation, action, and emotional depth.

        • Pluto in Capricorn brings themes of transformation and deep change. Being mindful of the areas in your life where transformation has been most prominent (career, foundation, authority), reflect on the decisions that triggered such shifts. How have these decisions shaped your life, and what are you ready to release as you prepare for the new energies of 2025?

        • Mars in Cancer squares the Moon, challenging our impulsive Aries energy. Mars in Cancer asks us to nurture our emotions before taking action. Be mindful of overreactions—this is a time for mindful, intentional action instead of being driven solely by impulse. The key is to observe emotions without being consumed by them.

        • Chiron Retrograde in Aries adds a profound layer of shadow work, bringing up old wounds for healing.
As Chiron aligns with the Full Moon, reflect on
deep past experiences (including past life or karmic lessons) that have impacted your present.

          Ask yourself:
What must I heal and release to move forward?

🌟 Energetic Flow of the Full Moon: Channeling the Aries Fire

During this time of intense energy, especially with the Grand Cross affecting multiple planetary influences, it’s crucial to find balance in your spiritual, emotional, and physical body. Aries energy pushes us to take bold action, while the Libra Sun invites reflection on relationships and balance.

Here’s how to channel these celestial energies mindfully:

        • Go Outdoors 🏞️: Aries loves action and nature. Spending time in nature during this Hunter’s Moon allows you to connect with the primal, wild aspects of yourself. The crisp October air will help ground your fiery energy, allowing for better clarity and balance.

        • Physical Activity 🏃‍♂️: Use the heightened Aries energy for physical movement.
Whether it’s through running, dancing, or yoga, release any pent-up tension by moving your body.
Aries thrives on momentum, so find an activity that helps burn off excess energy.

        • Inner Work and Reflection 🧘‍♀️:
With Chiron retrograde in Aries, it’s time to do the inner work.
Reflect on old patterns, wounds, or traumas that have resurfaced. Use this as an opportunity for healing and transformation.
This is a time for mindfulness, where the overthinking tendencies of Aries need to be managed carefully.
Journaling, meditation, or breathwork will help navigate these emotional waters.

        • Laugh It Out 😄: As intense as this energy is, balance it out with joy! Tap into your inner child, find moments of lightheartedness, and let laughter and fun lift the heaviness of the emotional ocean. Remember, it’s all about balance with Libra energy present.

        • Protect Your Energy 🔮: During this Full Moon, you may encounter people or situations that drain your energy. Be aware of energy vampires, and protect yourself from lower vibrational energies. Aries is a warrior sign—use your inner strength to protect your energetic boundaries. It’s okay to walk away from those who are not aligned with your frequency.

✨ Prompts for Reflection: Transform, Heal, and Thrive

        1. What are 3 major decisions that have led to the most significant transformations in your life? Reflect on how those decisions changed you and what you’ve learned from them.

        2. When you reflect on those transformative moments, what mindset were you in? What emotions guided you before, during, and after the transformation? How did those experiences impact you, and were they worth it in the end?

        3. If you could create a transformation in any aspect of your life, what would it be, and why? What’s stopping you from taking that next step? Set clear intentions on what needs to be released before the transformation occurs.

        4. What practices help you slow down and return to mindfulness? Whether it’s breathwork, journaling, or dancing it out—reflect on how you create space for mindfulness in your life.

        5. What’s one thing you want to commit to before the end of 2024? What final milestone or project would make you say, “I did that,” before 2025 begins?

Moving Forward with Grace and Power 🔥

The Full Moon in Aries is a powerful reminder that transformation often requires a balance between action and introspection. As you reflect on the energies at play, be mindful of the balance between your inner fire (Aries) and your relationships with others (Libra).

Take time to be mindful, do the inner work required, but don’t forget to inject some joy and laughter into your journey. This Full Moon marks an opportunity for deep healing, transformation, and ultimately, greater harmony.

By integrating these ancient systems of knowledge, we see that the path to healing lies in restoring equilibrium—both within the individual and between the individual and the cosmos.

Till then, in spire to get inspired !
